Q1: What do we need to bring with us?
A: You will just need beach towels & high factor sun cream!
Q2: What is included in the villa rental?
A: Our rental properties are fully equipped including washing machine, iron, ironing board, oven, hob, shower & or bath. The majority of our rental properties have cable / satellite TV.
Q3: Do you arrange the hiring of a children's travel cot, car seat etc?
A: Yes, we can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
Q4: What other amenities are there?
A: Shops, hairdressers, beauty salon, supermarkets, vets, bars, restaurants, bowls, swimming pools, crazy golf, national & private health care, opticians, dentists & local hospitals.
Q5: Do I need insurance?
A: It is always advisable to take out personal accident & medical insurance.
Q6: Do we need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes. With every rental booking we require a 20% deposit and full valid credit card details. The deposit can be paid in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. The card details are required in the case of breakages, cancellations or non-payment.
Q7: When & how do we pay the balance?
A: We ask that the balance of the rental bill is paid within 24hours of you arriving. You pay in our office on La Marina, you can pay with cash (euros only) or by credit card, however, there is a 2% bank charge with this.
Q8: Can you arrange a pick up from Alicante airport for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange for a taxi to meet you at the airport, they will greet you at the arrival lounge and bring you to your villa rental. Please contact us for prices and further details.
Q9: Where do we collect the villa keys from if we are arriving outside business hours?
A: If you have booked a taxi through us, we can arrange to leave the keys with the taxi. Alternatively, we can arrange for the keys to be left at a local establishment that is open in the evenings.
